Belated twin update from 19 Dec

Sorry for the delay in updating everybody on the scan we had on the 19 Dec.  We are almost due for our next appointment so I thought I had better get on here.  My only excuse is that it has been the Christmas season and we have been out every day and/or night since 19 Dec bar 2 nights when it was too hot to have the laptop on my lap. 

So, the scan went well.  Both boys are growing really well.  So well in fact that I am currently carrying two babies that are the size of an average single one.  The measurements have them at approximately 844 g and 837 g, which I think is nearly 2lbs each.  Big boys.  It’s a bit scary that they are that big but it does mean they are both very healthy and getting exactly what they need from my poor diet.

 Oh, and my belly is measuring approximately 115 cm. 

Our next scan and appointment at the ante natal clinic is on Wednesday 2 Jan so I will try to be better and get on and update you a bit quicker.
