Brock and Zac update – 23 May 08

Another couple of weeks have gone by and I have neglected you all again. Lots has happened including both Dale and I getting sick, me first and then infecting Dale, or so he says. So far the boys haven’t got it and fingers crossed they won’t.We were back up to the hospital this week for Brock’s after surgery check up. All is well with the wound and I hope not to have to go back there for a while. There next appointment is for another eye test but not until June sometime I think.The boys have both grown heaps in the last few weeks. Brock is now 4.69 kg (10.34 lbs) and 54.5 cm long and Zac is 4.48 kg (9.88 lbs)and 54 cm long. They are also starting to do more than just sleep, eat, pooh and cry. They have started ‘talking’ or making noises apart from crying like little squeals and such. They are also gripping on there wraps and dragging the wrap up to themselves. They are also reacting a lot more to both Dale and I. We get lots of smiles and they are getting interested in toys and things. It’s great to see them growing and developing.
