A relatively early start today as we wanted to get to Head of Bight (the whale observatory) around lunchtime so that we could see the whales. We had heard there were about 10 whales there at the moment. Mind you, yet again we had fog. Not as heavy as yesterday but still [...]

Earlyish start today. We planned to leave at 8am and managed to get away by about 8.10am. When we got up there was no power and apparently it was because some insulate pipe went and half of the mine site was out as well.

We had another sleep in today. It is going to be so hard to go back to work.
We didn’t do too much today. A nice relaxing day. Dale stayed at home and watched his V8’s and Robyn and I went shopping.
