End of April update

Hi all

Well,  it’s the end of April so thought I had better get on and let you know what we’ve been up to.

Dale had the week off after Easter off from work which was nice.  I was able to get a few ‘me’ things done (waxing) and we were able to do a few family things.  On the Saturday we went to the zoo.  I have placed a video on facebook (for those of you that have facebook) but here are a few photos.  The weather wasn’t the best, it was raining at the start, but the rain did clear and we were able to take the wet weather cover off the pram.  The boys did really well but I think were still a bit young to see all the animals that we pointed out.  There was a very friendly kangaroo that they were able to get up close and personal with. 

The boys had there 12 month corrected check up at the hospital the week before last.  Brock is still a bit bigger at 8.59kg (18lbs 150z) but Zac is catching up at 8.18kg (18lbs 1oz). Zac is slightly longer at 73.2cm where Brock is 73cm and they both have big heads at 42cm each. Developmentally they are still playing catch up but nothing major to worry about. 

Now, I come to think about it, I can’t think of what else we have been up to but here are some photos from the last few weeks for you to enjoy.

Oh, we have had to put the chairs away that Poppy Kevin sent over.  The table is still out but the boys have both worked out to get themselves up on the chair and then stand up on the chair.  I can’t possibly watch both of them all the time so we have put them out of the lounge room unless both of us are home.
