Short break and adventures with Grandad

It’s Bathurst weekend and so the boys and I went down to Bega for the weekend.  It was a bit of a miserable weekend weatherwise but the boys had a great time and some adventures with Grandad.  On Sunday they had a great time baking some special bread and they fed the ducks on Monday. 

I had the week off with the boys as Elaine (day carer) is off for 2 weeks.  Dale has this week off to look after them.  We’ve had some adventures during the week too.  We’ve had our first ride on the bus down to the shops and we also had lunch at Dad’s work.  They will come in for lunch with me one day this week too. 

The weekend just gone we went to the Murrumbateman Field Day and the boys had a lot of fun patting sheep and driving tractors.  They also watched the helicopter take off but didn’t enjoy it so much when we went up close to it.
