Wilderness Travel

• "Come with me on an Australian outback adventure," says wilderness photographer, Laurie McArthur.

  "Sit astride the bike with me and we'll see a stark, harsh and unforgiving landscape that demands capturing in the lens of a Nikon digital SLR camera," says Laurie, beckoning with an open hand.

  "You can camp in the tent with me and share the relative comfort of an abandoned stockmen's hut, travel over stony plains and loose sand ridges, interpret the coordinates where tracks shown on the map dissapeared into the desert years ago and experience isolation and grandure seen only by the few stockmen and prospectors who venture into such an inhospitable environment," invites Laurie.

  "And you can do all this through my photo stories, from the comfort of your swivel chair," Laurie says.
