  Outback motorbike trip, camping and photographing in the Northern Pastoral District of South Australia, SA, Australia.

  This is indeed outback country; sheep and cattle grazing stations. Out here, the unprepared can die, just for being there.

  The untouched wilderness of Lake Torrens and Pernatty Lagoon. Country that has changed little since pre European times.

  The Australian outback is so vast, inhospitable and sparsely populated.

  Traveling, camping and photographing west of Lake Torrens in outback South Australia. Following the track of explorer John McDouall Stuart from Andamooka Waterhole to Crozier Creek.

  Nearby outback towns are Port Augusta, Pimba, Woomera, Roxby Downs, Olympic Dam Village, Andamooka. The Flinders Ranges are visible to the east, beyond Lake Torrens.
