Wilderness camping trip preparation

Preparations are coming along well for a wilderness travel, camping and photography trip in September.
The ATV engine has been rebuilt. The ATV camping trailer has also been rebuilt to overcome the weaknesses of the previous model.
Strong, highly flexible coupling to allow for very uneven country and trailer roll-over.
The new trailer coupling is more compact than the previous one but still allows for the odd angles in severe creek crossings and in the event of trailer roll-over, gives the best chance of the trailer not taking the bike with it.
ATV wheels and tyres will provide good wilderness travel towing in sand dune country. On past camping trips the six inch wide car tyres have held the ATV back in the loose sand, causing it to bog numerous times. With the ATV wheels and tyres at 11 inches wide, the trailer should float over the sand with much less effort.
These improvements should make for a more satisfactory wilderness travel, camping and photography trip.
